By using this website and placing an order or booking a service through Northfork Time & Treasures, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products

Most items sold through this website are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. We make every effort to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or design are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

2. Services

Northfork Time & Treasures provides clock repair services and custom woodburned artwork in addition to physical products.

By requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate information about your item and understand that repair timelines and outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the clock or materials used.

3. Custom Orders

Custom woodburned artwork is created specifically for you based on your request and design preferences.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun.

We make every effort to confirm design details before starting a custom order. Minor variations in handmade and custom work are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Clock Repair

Clock repair services involve working with existing mechanical parts and may uncover additional issues once a clock is opened.

If additional repairs or parts are needed, we will contact you before proceeding when possible.

Labor and parts already used are non-refundable once repair work has begun.

If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen mechanical issues, we will discuss available options with you.

5. Payment

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.

Payment must be received in full before physical items are shipped or before repair or custom work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping rates are flat rate and based on package weight and destination.

We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or import fees that may apply in your country.

7. Returns & Refunds (Physical Items)

Because our items are handmade and often created with specific intention, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right through replacement or refund when appropriate.

8. Refunds (Services & Custom Work)

Custom orders and clock repair services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellations for services or custom orders may only be made before work has started.

If a repair or custom order cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Any labor already performed or parts purchased may not be refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, product descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Northfork Time & Treasures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Northfork Time & Treasures is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, services, or website.

All products and services are offered as-is and for personal use only.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to any revised terms.
